About meLarissa Fernandes
Hi, I’m Larissa. I started drinking at 17, and for many years alcohol was a central part of my life. I drank throughout college and into my professional career, until things eventually reached a point where I knew something had to change. In 2015, I made the decision to stop drinking.
Recovery was not instant. Rebuilding my life took time, patience, and persistence. Over the years, I worked to restore my finances, repair relationships, rebuild my career, and create a healthier and more meaningful life.
Today, I live very differently. I prioritize my health, quit smoking, rebuilt my career, moved to another country, and started a new business. More importantly, I found clarity, stability, and a version of myself I’m genuinely proud of.
Now, I want to help others do the same. Whether you are newly sober, sober curious, or simply questioning your relationship with alcohol, you do not have to navigate this journey alone.

There is no one right way
Some people stop drinking overnight. Others slowly change their habits over time. Recovery is not linear and there is no single path that works for everyone. What matters is finding an approach that truly fits your life.
Building your new self
For some, sobriety means complete abstinence. For others, it begins with questioning old patterns, building healthier routines, and understanding the role alcohol plays in their lives. Every journey begins with honesty.
A different life is possible
Many people fear life without alcohol will feel smaller or less joyful. Yet sobriety often creates space for something unexpected: clarity, deeper relationships, better health, and a stronger sense of self.
Let’s talk.
